Preparation & Check List

IMPORTANT - Bring your completed Release Form on the day.
Wear white clothing and a white full head cover.
Other clothing and headcovers will not be accepted.
You can purchase the required items if needed at the event.
Bring a yoga mat, sheepskin or cushion for you to sit on.
Bring a light blanket or shawl.
There is strictly no photography or filming.
Please leave your mobile phones turned off during the event and stored away in your bag.
The Mantra Sheet will be available closer to the time.
